You see, Holly has stage fright. Yes, I know... my child who lives life out loud does not like being the center of attention.
Yesterday, our church joined others in the South Sound area for a little friendly competition. Seeing all the kids made Holly a little nervous, but our team captain reassured them all that they just need to try their best. And I told Holly that she was already a winner for even being willing to try.
They did GREAT!!!! I loved watching them realize they KNEW the answers. But I am so proud of Holly. She conquered a big fear today being up on that stage. While she may still struggle with stage fright, she will always have this experience to help give her confidence to try again.
